At INTRIA, client satisfaction is paramount. INTRIA's approach to developing client relationships is based on collaboration, a comprehensive understanding of the strategic needs of the client's business, and multi-levels of support. Collaboration and communication with our clients is critical, whether through regular face-to-face service reviews, by participating in working groups, or through formal satisfaction surveys.

INTRIA operates client service support centres in Toronto and Montreal (bilingual), providing expert phone support for our clients via a 1-800 number. INTRIA also provides a national support organization which serves as the escalation point for service issues or complaints that cannot be fully resolved locally. All service inquiries are carefully tracked, both to ensure prompt resolution and to identify any opportunities to improve service.
